Errr it isn't already? I thought phase two was where we smuggle all the books from the bodleian into a secret environmentally controlled bunker under my flat where I get to hug them and squeeze them and keep them forever and ever...oops I wasn't meant to say that out loud either.

Have you made them recycling fanatics yet? There's this book, "1001 Things to Do with Really Old Plastic Bottles"...
Recycling is our friend. Like most British towns Oxford provides every home with recycling bins for paper and plastics ...glass is trickier because they can't take it with the bins for health and safety reasons you have to take them to the recycling centre. There is also a scheme for subsidised composting bins (I have one).
Wow, that's really awesome. I would love my home town area to be like that.
Also, I heard Britain just gave the OK for gay marriages! That's really great!!
